   Hitachi Does not have email id for data recovery confirmation, customers can directly take the data recovery service and we will provide a letter with the detailed procedure of recovery undertaken, the same letter can be submitted to the service center for replacement purpose.

Select “Seagate” click here to proceed.

Click on “Mandatory Customer Registration” – Register with ID, password, email ID & other details.

Click on “Data Recovery” & register the product by providing (Serial No /SN) & (Part No / PN) written on the hard disk external casing or label.

After Data recovery, Click on “Manditory Temporory Call ID Generation” and get a RMA for replacement purpose.

Walk-in to the “Accel frontline services ltd”(Seagate Service center in India) and get the warranty replacement with the data recovery letter head from our side for data recovery procedure and process that we have done on the hard drive.

3) How to take Western Digital Hard Drive Data Recovery Approval for Warranty.

One has to call to the call center of Western Digital team, i.e. 1800-200-5789 / 1800-11-9393, Request for data recovery approval, with the details of Serial No. and the Part No. of the disk with date of purchase of the drive.

Post which an email will be received with the subject “Approval for Data Recovery – Western Digital Case Number…”, from Email Id: “wdsupport@wdc.com“, a reply to be sent Western Digital team for getting an approval for proceeding with third party data recovery company has to be sent, the approval may take about 1 to 4 days of time.

We have provided the brief details of email, which can be sent to Western digital WDC data recovery approval for getting warranty replacement after data recovery,

Post an email confirmation, need to contact call center to raise an RMA No. on the drive. The hard drive can be submitted to the WD Authorized service center of Flextronics Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd or the same can be requested to picked up via Courier Service from WD.
